HFMA Business of Health Care ® Online Program
A shift from volume to value in care and payment models, a focus on patient outcomes and population health, performance-based incentives around safety and quality, consumerism and increased cost-sharing: the American healthcare system is undergoing a radical transformation.
Today more than ever, collaboration around business fundamentals—pricing, payment and delivery models, cost, and revenue —are the essential context for decision-making during the process of delivering care.
HFMA Business of Health Care® Online Program was designed to give you an overview of that essential context. Understand it, and you can work more effectively with your clinical, operational and finance teams across the healthcare continuum.
